With its 3 bedrooms, each individually decorated in warm colors, the Villa is an authentic Umbrian jewel offering peace and tranquility in a environment far removed from everyday care. The extensive private grounds surrounding Torre provide privacy, as well as making it ideal for walkers and nature lovers, wishing to explore the surrounding woodland and nature reserve. The 18 hole golf course of Antognolla is only 3 minutes off the villa.
Accomodation	The villa sleeps up to 6 people in 3 spacious rooms with breathtaking views across the valley. All the bedrooms have their own individual color schemes and are of a good size with excellent facilities, including air conditioning, and en suite bathrooms: -           Ground Floor: 1 king size bedroom with en suite bathroom. -           First Floor: 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. -        Second Floor: 1 king size bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct private access to the roof terrace.  The Ground floor is divided as following: there is a charming and comfortable living room which leads onto the open space dining room with French doors on the terrace and the garden of the villa. Right behind the dining room there is a well equipped kitchen. The living room and the dining room are blessed with Umbrian sunlight flooding from the big windows. The living room can comfortably seat 8 people on the most relaxing and soft sofas.
Facilities	The villa has washingmachine / dishwasher / fridge/ lcd TV / DVD player / CD player / ipod speakers/ wireless internet broadband / air conditioning / hairdryer / baby cot and child’s high chair / heating (on request and usage payable locally).
Outdoor	Private  heated infinity pool 6mx15m with Jacuzzi overlooking the amazing valleys. Private luxuriant garden. Barbecue Outdoor dining table and sofas, sets of sun beds and chairs around the pool and on the roof terrace. Panoramic terraces with outdoor seating facilities
Services	Cook service is available upon request with butler service (minimum 4 pax). Cooking classes are available either at the villa or at the clubhouse (minimum 4 pax). Food hamper can be arranged for an additional cost. Linen and towels are provided once per week on Saturday. Extra changes are available on request for an additional charge. Maid service is included in the rental price 2 hours 6 days a week. Starter welcome provisions are included in the rental price.
