Located at the heart of the Estate’s historic Fattoria, our Cooking School embodies the vibrant soul of Tenuta di Murlo. Here, guests can take part in our much‑loved cooking classes, where traditional italian recipes comes to life through hands‑on experiences guided by our talented chefs.
Beyond the classes, the Cooking School also sets the scene for delightful aperitifs designed to immerse you fully in the flavours, aromas, and spirit of both Umbria and the Estate. It is a place to learn, taste, and connect—an authentic culinary journey from earth to table.
Destination Dinners
Reserve our magical Tree House Terrace and experience one of the most enchanting moments offered at Tenuta di Murlo: an intimate candlelit dinner suspended above the rolling hills of the Estate.
Wrapped in soft string lights and surrounded by nature’s tranquility, you will enjoy attentive service, exquisite dishes, and an atmosphere that feels both exclusive and timeless. Aperitifs
From April to early October, join us for a daily ritual celebrating the excellence of our land. During our aperitifs, you will have the opportunity to taste the Estate’s own products—wine, olive oil, and honey—alongside other exceptional specialties from the Umbrian region.
On selected days, you can also enjoy themed events dedicated to pizza and grilled meats, prepared to perfection. All of this is served with breathtaking views from La Piazzetta or the enchanting Tree Terrace, offering a peaceful atmosphere and a magical glow over the Estate.

Hidden within the Fattoria lies a small, enchanting boutique, a cabinet of curiosities shaped by the spirit of Murlo.
Here, the creations of local artisans sit beside our own farm’s treasures: natural cosmetics infused with estate-grown essences, handmade goods we love, flavours gathered from our fields, vegetable garden and orchards, and whatever delightful discovery the seasons bring.
