Il Caldaro

Il Caldaro is located in an old farmhouse on the Murlo Estate, near the little village of La Bruna, which has been transformed into a stunningly, stylish restaurant and farm shop. Since 2018, three deluxe rooms with an 18 meter stone pool are located on the grounds of the restaurant.

Guests can enjoy lunch, dinner, and drinks or linger over a coffee in a cosy ambience, with leather armchairs, copper tables and a large old stone fireplace, or, outside, under the shaded terrace or under the centuries-old oak tree with its panoramic view.

Il Caldaro’s fine cuisine is rich in local traditions using fresh ingredients as well as handmade pizzas expertly baked in a wood-fired oven.

A little shop with pasta sauces made daily by our restaurant’s chef, home-made bread, local cheeses and cold cuts, without forgetting the Estate’s own grassy green olive oil is available for everyone who wants to taste the most exquisite and organic Umbrian products.
