Linguine with creamy walnut pesto
300 g linguine
150 g walnuts
35 g pine nuts
80 g grated parmesan cheese
200 g Cooking cream
Start preparing the walnut pesto. Place the walnuts, the pine nuts and the grated parmesan in the food processor and pour around 60 ml of olive oil. Mix all the ingredients together.
Put a large pot on a stove with abundant salted water and bring to a boil.
Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, slice the speck and brown it in a pan with some olive oil.
Add the cooking cream and stir all together.
Drain the pasta, and add it in the pan with the speck, then add the walnut pesto and mix all together.
Sprinkle some grated parmesan on top and serve.
